Our beloved vendor, Juanita Rocha passed away on February 22, 2017. Juanita had been a member of the Independence Market since 1993. Juanita enjoyed sewing
and crotcheting. She loved participating in craft fairs and the farmers market. She always had a smile and enjoyed visiting with her customers. Her presence at the market will be
missed. Her obituary can be found in the Polk County Itemizer Observer
